5 Podcasts I’m Following in 2025, and Why #listenwithme

In the last few years, podcasts have exploded, and while I initially struggled to find my go-to’s, I now have a number that are part of my regular listening rotation. Full transparency, a few of these listened to over the past couple of years, but I’ve also included some discoveries from 2024 that I couldn’t be more excited to keep listening to in 2025. Pretty much all of my picks dive into self-development, wellness, and creating your best life. If that’s not something you’re into, these won’t be for you, but then ChelleGrae.com probably isn’t either.  Let’s dive in!

Raw Reality Podcast

First up for a reason. Brought to you by 25-year-old Australian duo, @fitwithlily and @ttoristory, these girls are killing it right now. They have the right balance of not taking themselves too seriously, striving for personal and professional growth, and honestly just showing up and being real. Lily and Tori each embrace an active lifestyle, and despite working and living together, each brings a unique perspective and approach. In 2024, the girls hosted some community events & walks, and they promote taking care of your body, creating your best life, surrounding yourself with like-minded people, and becoming your best self. They are gearing up for Raw Reality season 5 which promises some exciting developments, a refresh, and stepping into being more than just a podcast.

Rise and Conquer Podcast

Another Australian pick, but one I’ve followed for a few years. Georgie Stevenson, influencer turned multi-business owner and mother, started in the fitness space before diving into the self-development and manifesting world. The podcast has a solid following and Rise and Conquer has grown as a brand to include a variety of courses, popular guided journals, and even an app. Rise and Conquer has connected women around the world and had a life-changing impact on many of its followers, both new and old. There is so much value delivered in this podcast and through the online community attached to the brand. In 2025, G’s promised a renewed focus on the poddy and exciting things to come.

The Mel Robbins Podcast

If you are into self-development and growth, you’ve probably heard of Mel. Mel is an author and speaker who focuses on sharing education and science-back information to help you build a better life. Mel brings a lot of distinguished guests and experts to her podcast and is always holding space to learn and share with her community. She’s also passionate about empowering you, the listener, to take control and grow! The podcast episodes always give you something to walk away with that you can actively try by implementing small impactful changes in your life.

The Mindset Mentor

Rob Dial is well known as a coach of business and personal growth, but what I love about the podcast is the episodes are focused, digestible, and usually short (under 20 minutes). There are some popular podcasts I’d love to listen to, but with episodes running well over an hour and some closer to three, I struggle to give myself the space and focus to listen to them. In comparison, The Mindset Mentor is committed to bringing actionable advice and mindset tips that take less time than my daily commute.

Behind the Human

Marc Champagne calls himself a mental fitness strategist and Behind the Human explores mental fitness and wellness practices of leaders and professionals in business, entrepreneurship, sport, acting and more. Marc brings in a good range of guests and the podcast looks at many different ideas and practices which will challenge your definition of success and how to work with your mind to build a great life.

If you find you listen to one of these and it isn’t for you, I hope you’ll consider checking out another recommendation. While all of these podcasts explore similar topics and themes, they each do so in a unique way. Ultimately, it’s important to find an approach that works for you. You’ll gain so much more from listening to one you like than you will from one you don’t.

Happy listening friends <3
